I, Lauren Schenker, am a writer, designer and artist living in Eugene, Oregon. Currently, I am enrolled in the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon. With a B.S. in Journalism and minors in both Environmental Studies and Food Studies, I hope to bring my own perspective and shed light upon social/environmental issues in communities around the world.
