I'm a Toronto-based writer, editor, communicator and blogger.

I graduated from McMaster University with a M.A. in Globalization Studies in 2011, during which I developed a deep love of anything related to food & health policy. I then went on to pursue my Master of Journalism degree from Ryerson University, where I focused on health and business multimedia reporting.

I'm a widely published journalist, having my byline appear in nearly all of Canada’s premiere daily news publications. You may have also seen me as a guest reporter on CP24 and CTV News.

As a communications professional, I specialize in strategic content production, social media strategy, media relations and blogger-outreach. I'm particularly interested in healthcare, academic and non-profit communications work.

In my downtime, I'm an avid cook, long-distance runner, yogi and photographer.
