I can offer you my services in remote consultancy or on site in the fields of privacy & data protection law, as well as EU digital law (e.g. GDPR, e-Privacy, DSA, AI Act). Core activities offered include the following:

• Assessment of overall project compliance with the GDPR and definition of gap action plan.
• Provision of pragmatic and business-friendly solutions.
• Support for drafting privacy policies and information notices, internal data breach and data subject rights' procedures, employee guidelines.
• Acting as external Data Protection Officer (DPO)/EU representative and liaison with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
• I can also train you or your staff in data protection notions, personal data breach management or answering to requests from data subjects.
