I am an entrepreneur and I really enjoy innovation, high technologies, service management and creative solutions that help to improve value added services, service economy and performances within the industry fields.

Customer oriented service manager, high technology involved. I am president of the AFSM French Chapter (Association For Service Management), and president of the CFSMI (Confederation For Service Management International).

Part of several networks to help people to link and to exchange experiences. I am open to network with people willing to help each others and to develop their knowledge, their business and their experience by sharing information, meeting on events, and trying to help when possible.
