Originally from France, I also lived in the UK, Mexico, and the UAE before reaching Spain and the amazing Barcelona, where my family and I now enjoy life.
Mindful Inside is a project I developed in order to share my personal experience and my vision of what mindfulness is as have no doubt it can help many of us live a happier life and, at a bigger scale, impulse better societies.
