Lauren Yurick was born and raised in Philadelphia. She attended Johnson and Wales University and received a college degree in Hotel/Restaurant management. Lauren then moved to Reno, Nevada where she resides now. She would work for a variety of insurance agencies where should would gain valuable experience in sales. After working for insurance agencies she would decide to work as an independent broker where should would be very successful. Lauren Yurick would build up her clientele in Nevada and advise them in and got insight into the difficulties of benefits programs, she decided to create a truly comprehensive, client-centric firm that could serve employers’ and employees’ needs nationwide.
Currently, Lauren Yurick is a partner and founder at Benefit Resource Group in Reno, Nevada. With a long history in client service and a devotion to every company's individual needs, Lauren has built valuable, long-lasting relationships with employers around the country. She previously served as local president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and sits on the broker advisory committee of a local HMO in the Reno area. From providing medical insurance to updating HR technology, Lauren Yurick is committed to improving every aspect of the workplace. She enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling around the world with her husband and two wonderful children.
