Laurie Gates-Ward

My name is Rev. Laurie Gates-Ward and I am the pastor of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Waldorf, MD. I have served Good Shepherd UMC for almost a decade and I act as a spiritual mentor to the members of Good Shepherd and the surrounding community.

I hold a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary and and am ordained as a United Methodist minister. As the pastor of Good Shepherd, I constantly work with the members of the church to serve both our members and our neighbors in Waldorf, St. Charles, and the neighboring communities. Our church has multiple ministries that cater to a diverse group of people.
