I’m a Civil Engineer/Estimator who has spent many years off-shore involved with a number of the worlds civil development projects.

Today I help people get started in property investment, first by securing their retirement by replacing their income without ever owning the property. Then I take them, step by step on the property ladder to becoming a property guru.

Over the last 10yrs, I have devoted my skills and abilities to strategizing to property investors and offering our business services to Property Investors/Developers as Client-Side Project Managers.

It’s taken me over 30 years in Property Investing and Developing to be here with you now. Yes, it’s really taken that time, making mistakes and learning from them, to develop new strategies that enable me to make the claims I am able to share with you in this presentation.
