Laurie Battaglia

I am CEO and Workplace Strategist of Aligned at Work™ in Scottsdale, AZ. Having spent 35+ years developing people in corporate environments, I discovered my own path becoming Aligned at Work™. I work in tandem with my husband Joseph to coach, train, and consult with leaders who want to engage their team members and create happy and high performing workplaces.

I am the creator of the Aligned at Work™ Model, which combines the Success Factors of Vocation, Relationships, Finances, Wellbeing, and Spirit into an integrated work/life model. We identified these factors in the thousands of leaders and team members with whom we worked as a leadership and organization development expert in the field of banking and finance.

I am proud of the work I do through Take the Lead Women, an organization and movement that promotes parity in leadership positions for women by 2025, not 2095 as the numbers point to now. As a Certified Leadership Ambassador through Take the Lead, I provide keynotes and workshops on 9 Power Tools to Advance Your Career, based on the work of Gloria Feldt, Co-Founder. I also coach women leaders and provide professional facilitation of Women’s Workplace Wisdom Circles, designed to advance women at work.
