Laurie Perez

Ms. Perez focuses her practice on labor and employment, financial services, and general commercial litigation matters.

She regularly counsels clients on a wide-range of legal issues relating to business practice and personnel management. Ms. Perez has extensive experience representing securities broker-dealers in connection with litigation matters, including handling disputes involving contract claims, unfair trade practices and unfair competition claims, raiding claims, breach of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty claims, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. She has successfully litigated cases, both individually and on trial teams, involving ERISA claims, employment-related issues, and contract disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration forums around the country.
