Lauri’s career began in the remote and rugged landscape of Barrow, Alaska, where she worked for the Alaska Eskimo Whaling Commission, overseeing aboriginal whaling practices. After earning her MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Lauri Kibby entered the development and construction field at Irvine Retail Properties. She then founded a successful historical restoration company, expanding its operations to San Francisco and Los Angeles, emphasizing architectural preservation and community revitalization. Lauri continued her entrepreneurial journey in the Coachella Valley, focusing on developing residential and hospitality projects that blend aesthetic appeal with community service.
