The following phrase, "I am taller than the trees around me" was said by a really great friend. At the time I wasn't quite sure what she meant, but as the years of our friendship developed, I began to understand this phrase. One can focus on where they are or they can choose to focus on where they want to go. While both of us are only 5' tall, we know we are taller than the trees around us, because we chose to keep growing and to keep expanding our horizons. So it is with that thought process that I am branching out and seeing what all I am capable of accomplishing.

I have worked in the organized Camping Industry for 17 years from being a Program Leader who was responsible for Cabin Supervision, writing curriculum and researching various cultures for our campers to learn about. To becoming a supervisor and ultimately a Camp Director where I had the privilege and honor of working with youth, staff and deputies from all around the State of Florida and some staff members from around the world. The joys, the tears, the sweat and the memories that were created while at camp still have me smiling a year after leaving. I know that their season is getting ready to start and I wish them well.

As Camp Director, I had the responsibility of finding and booking hotel rooms for staff members and as a family member, I was looked to find the best deals and places to go, so here I am...trying my hand with booking Travel Opportunities for others. I love to research, discover the buried nuggets of interests that you might want to go find, or maybe you just want to get away from it all and relax.

I like to play around on the computer with photos, slide shows, movie-making and scrapbooking.
