After highAfter high school I just knew I was well on my way to New York City to chase my dreams of working for a fancy fashion magazine. However, I was in for a rude awakening because my parents and I didn't have to money to send me to New York. Instead I enrolled in my local community college while my friends went off to their big schools. I felt like everyone was getting the chance to do their thing and I was falling behind. After a few tubs of birthday cake ice cream I decided to get off my butt and stop comparing myself to my friends. I'm continuing my education at community college and one day I still hope to get to New York to become an editorial graphic designer.
I created YBBF because I know there are tons of girls out there just like me. Money is tight for most people these days, but I'm here to tell you that you can still look like a five star for fifteen bucks. I am the broke best friend and best believe I got your back!
