Lauroselle Johnson

Lauroselle Caron Ray Johnson is a native of Albany, Georgia, raised in the Heart of Dixie, Montgomery, Alabama and currently resides in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

She is the owner and CEO of LRJ Key Concepts, she has used this female-owned business to expand her capacity to impact the lives of career professionals through Path Coaching, Conflict Resolution and Cultural Diversity seminars; the lives of Families in Crisis through Relationship Coaching; and the lives of Economically challenged youth through Job seeking and Retention Skills training. LRJ Key Concepts is truly Inspiring Life Changes across the geo-political and socioeconomic spectrum of our nation.

Lauroselle is happily married for twenty-five years and the mother of two college students. She has been a leader in a sisterhood of Military wives that have endured years of handling unknown and stressful situations years prior to and throughout the war on terrorism.

Most recently Lauroselle has joined forces with a childhood friend to pen a series of children's bedtime stories.
