Who Am I
Simply said, I am a Virtual Assistant, who specializes in working with busy Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Solopreneurs. I have a Bachelors of Business Administration- Management and a Masters of Business Administration-Healthcare Management.
I have spent most of my corporate working career in Client Management and Customer Service. I am highly skilled in communicating with unhappy Customers and Project Coordination.
Virtual assisting is my passion! I love helping busy professionals with:
· Tasks they are too busy to do
· Projects they want to start, but do not know where to begin
· Tasks they do not understand
What I Do
I love working with Small Business Owners, and Entrepreneurs because I truly enjoy helping busy people who want to make a difference in this world. I specialize in the following areas:
Social Media Management- Creating content for social media platforms. Scheduling posts. Responding to Customer inquiries, newsletter management, and creating/writing product descriptions.
General Office Administration- Various administrative tasks including, but not limited to, email management, creating/updating reports, invoicing, and research.
Customer Service- Communicating to Customers and project coordination.
As a Small Business Owner or Entrepreneur, you do not have time to handle everything on your own. Life is busy, and as a solo entrepreneur juggling life and business can be difficult. As a passionate, laser-focused Virtual Assistant, I can take loads off your hands.
Please know that I, truly care about every client, unlike many of the Big Name Virtual Assistant Companies. I would never outsource your work. I concentrate on a few clients at a time so that I can focus on dedicating the time needed for your projects. I will be lock-step with you complete each task with excellence!

When I am not working as a virtual assistant, I am spending time with my Husband, three doggies and grandchildren or running marathons.
