I'm a visualizer -- a better process, a better team, a better life or a better world. This is what inspires me. I'm a dreamer who is energized by the thought of planning and improving for the future.

I like mental activity, the challenge of focusing on solving a problem, or understanding an issue by looking at it from multiple angles.

I am a conductor:
When faced with complex situations involving many factors, I enjoy managing all the variables, aligning and realigning them until I'm sure they are arranged in the most productive configuration possible. Not only will I have a Plan A, but a Plan B. I'm flexible because, after all, there might just be a better way.

I look for solutions:
I am energized by the act of seeking a solution to a problem and jumping in feet first to get it done. I enjoy the challenge of analyzing symptoms, identifying what is wrong, and finding the answer.

I connect with people:
I'm a person who is impatient with generalizations and instead understands people better on an individual basis -- learning their personalities, motivations and communication styles. I love connecting with and building relationships with individuals. I find this helps me build and be part of great teams.
