Before you are allowed to input Lithuania, you will have to complete a Lithuania Registration Form. This is necessary by all foreign residents of Lithuania, though they might not yet have a resident visa. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Lithuania will make it possible for you to obtain a visa in order to go to Lithuania, however you will still have to complete the registration form before you can travel. You can still use your passport as a valid form of identification

You also have to indicate whether you need a medical insurance card. You will have to provide information such as name, contact information, telephone number, contact number, date of birth, passport expires, and payment procedures. You will also have to list any other states that you travel to in your registration form, such as the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, and Italy. A negative diagnosis on your wellbeing authorities' records may prevent you from getting a medical travel insurance policy in Lithuania.

Your enrollment form will ask you to record all of your vaccinations, including your first and third series of immunizations. In case you have received any other vaccinations since your very first trip to the vaccination center in Lithuanian capital Vilnius, you'll have to list these also. Your registration form will define if your vaccinations need to be revived, and you'll need to indicate whether or not you want to continue your treatments at the centres. For those that didn't get a vaccination certificate at the time of the very first trip to the law centre in Vilnius, you will still have to indicate these in your registration form.

List all your personal items. These include: passport, vaccination card, airline tickets, and some other prescriptions. You will also be required to list all of your personal items which are in your bag or in your car. It's critical to indicate if any of your prescription drugs are in your possession, including: aspirin, vitamins, and blood pressure medications.
