Terry Ingram
Terry Ingram is dedicated to all helping those who either cannot afford an attorney, or simply choose not to be represented. Terry is also dedicated to teaching and understanding how to survive police encounters in the modern day Police State. Know your constitutional rights and the government's limitations. We have more people incarcerated today in this country than Russia did at its' peak. This is a direct and proximate result of the Multi Billion Dollar "Law Enforcement Growth Industry". We should be outraged!
Terry Ingram is a twelve year veteran police detective with experience in Robbery Homicide, Vice, Intelligence, Narcotics, K-9, and routine patrol. He also honorably served a six year tour in the United States Army and is a combat Vietnam veteran. Terry has been decorated both on the battlefield and in law enforcement. He has since devoted his life to instructing laypersons about their civil rights and other forms of law for more than two decades now. His more than forty years of experience on "both sides of the fence" have given him a unique and unparalleled perspective in jurisprudence. The government, as well as law enforcement, use a plethora of rules, regulations and statutes to keep its citizenry in their place. For the past 25 years, Terry has simply and successfully been teaching the converse.
Disclaimer: None of the educational information contained on this website is intended to be legal advice. Terry Ingram is not an attorney authorized to practice law. In fact, it has never been his desire to represent another. The goal of the Foundation For Public Awareness is to educate those who seek this type of knowledge so that they may in turn handle their own legal affairs if they deem it prudent. Moreover, knowledge of the law is an important factor in understanding your own attorney, resulting in a much smoother relationship, both for the client and attorney. Not unlike having a solid understanding of auto mechanics, it's unlikely that you will be taken for the proverbial ride.
Thus, prior to implementing any information you glean from Terry or any of his websites, make sure to check with your local attorney. Also, Laws differ from State to State, so you would be wise to double check any information prior to depending upon it. -Terry Ingram
