Audrey Cosgrove
Audrey Cosgrove has been a practicing attorney since 1990. With a few exceptions, she is a lifetime resident of Chicago. After graduating from Chicago Public Schools she received a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. She then proceeded directly to the John Marshall Law School while working afternoons and summers at a number of notable Chicago area law firms and for the City of Chicago. As a new attorney Audrey worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Office of the Cook County Public Defender. In 1998 she left the Public Defender's office to open her own law practice where she currently focuses her practice on federal and state criminal defense, traffic, juvenile, immigration, elections, residential real estate and administrative hearings.
Audrey is a licensed to practice law in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. The Law Office of Audrey Cosgrove is a certified woman owned business with the State of Illinois-CMS.
