In this day and age where the rhetoric says "Customer Service is a thing of the past…" I work tirelessly to be the exception. I see customer service as the catalyst of relationship building along with rapport establishing. My unyielding practice of this method allows me to reap positive results on a daily basis in my current position as a Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of diverse combined experience. Plus, I have over 6 years of HR Generalist Volunteer experience.
