Lawrence K. Fish

I am the former Chairman and CEO of Citizens Financial Group, Inc., which under my leadership became one of the 10 largest commercial bank holding companies in the U.S. I am currently Chairman of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, board member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Corporation, and a director of Textron Inc. and Tiffany & Co., bringing diverse strategic, operational, and financial leadership experience to my service.
