Lawrence B. Stein, PhD

I bring a combination of professional training, personal skills, and life experience to doing therapy. I'm now in my 11th year of private practice and on staff at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. Many of my patients struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life tranisitions.

I am also an expert in neuropsychology where I focus on traumatic brain injury patients, strokes, pre-bariatric surgery evaluations, disability qualifications, and readiness for work.

I think real-life experience deeply informs any therapist's work. I've personally known the pressures of having a challenging boss, owning your own business, moves, being away from family, office politics, career change, dyslexia, and many of the other stressors that can make modern life feel hard.
