Lead IT support engineer and eLearning developer for BSF funded King's CE School in Wolverhampton.

Throughout my IT career I've had the privilege of working with a wide variety of technologies to build high performance IT networks. Working in a timely manner I've been able to implement vast network changes and develop client tailored products that are in continual use today.

My support skills include: Windows Server 20012R2, 2008 & 2003, VMware, Hyper V, SCCM, SharePoint 2013, Office 365, ADFS, TMG, Meru, Backup Exec, Pcounter, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, OSX, Casper, iOS, Adobe CS.

Most recently I've enjoyed developing on top of Office 365 and SharePoint 2013 for the school's eLearning activities. Through knowledge of web/cloud based technologies I have been able to give access to teachers, students and parents into an ever developing virtual learning environment (VLE) for the inclusion of work and monitoring of progress. I also regularly train and produce training materials for stakeholders to achieve more with the tools developed.

Currently I'm working towards a cloud powered future for the school and others like it. I'm always excited by new technologies and making our existing ones work with effective planning, support and training.
