Formerly head of 8 Stone Buildings, Lawrence brings his expertise primarily in all areas of commercial law plus his extensive experience of the specialist areas of international law, insurance and re-insurance to Chambers.
Two of his recent successes include a unanimous Supreme Court victory before a five judge court [Coke-Wallis v Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales [2011] UKSC 1] and a fascinating case concerning the use of gametes without consent [Re: L v Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (2008) EWHC 2149 (Fam)].
