Social is an interesting beast isn't it? We're all in it together, all learning, hopefully all getting better. I run a monthly meetup for charities in Edinburgh called LittleBigChat where a host of lovely people come along and share their toys and help each other out. It's all very social. When I'm not doing my day job as Senior Communications Officer at Thistle, I also help Relationships Scotland with their social media too. Maybe I can help you? Maybe we can help each other?

I also love Crossfit and am affiliate owner of CrossFit East Rocks (www.facebook.com/crossfiteastrocks) It's more than just fitness, it's almost a different way of life. The ethos impacts everything you do and adjusts your mental attitude. Crossfit also introduced me to Vibram FiveFingers. For that I am eternally grateful!
