I joined International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) in 2000 and received 1st Degree black Belt on 10th of Feb.2003, 2nd degree on 30th of Jan.2006 likewise 3rd Degree on 3rd Aug. 2009. I have won Silver and Bronze medal in Asian Game in 2006, I won two time South Asian Gold Medal, Silver Medal in world Championship in 2010 in UK and was 6th time National Champion of ITF. I am a class B International umpire and a National Instructor of ITF.

I was working as a sport news reporter in Abhiyan Times weekly from 2008 -2011.
