My name is Garrett Lay and I appreciate you checking out my page! I am a proud graduate of Clemson University, where I majored in Communication Studies with a sports emphasis. My passions include sports and writing and I try to incorporate both into my everyday life. I have a USSF National "D" coaching license and thoroughly enjoy coaching soccer on the youth level. My professional experiences also include working for BOWLJET.com where I was a contributor to their college football fan blog during the 2013 football season. I value family, friendship, the imagination, and enthusiasm above all else. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said "Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm."
