Layla Isis

Layla Isis is a leading, professional bellydancer based in New York City known for her uplifting, fluid, and captivating performances. She has performed internationally, Off-Broadway, and in films, television and DVDs. Having a background in theatre as well as over a decade of Oriental Dance training, she is a uniquely expressive and diverse performer with a passion for many forms of bellydance.

Layla's sophisticated and elegant interpretations of Middle Eastern dance infused with her natural charisma and charm are what have made her a highly sought after performer. Layla is a current member of the Dalia Carella Dance Collective, the classical Arabic music and dance emsemble Zikrayat and recently co-founded Entelechy Dance with her dance partner Mariyah.
