Kenzie Layne

I'm a frequently pretentious English major with only one semester of college left and a great desire to have everyone and their mothers read what I have to say. I don't know where exactly I'm headed, but I have good feelings about the journey. I graduate college in December 2014; we'll see what happens then.

I'm extremely interested in all things English, books, feminism, racial issues, gender issues, women's health, etc. I'm beginning to cement my position in society and it's exciting for me. Thus, I like to vocalize my opinions on the above and I have a bad habit of ranting to my friends about how awful society can be and what we should do to change it. Bear with me while I try to figure out what I can do myself.

My less educated self loves Grey's Anatomy, naps, Netflix, and good dance music. If I can't dance to it or sing along to it then I probably won't dig it. If a movie doesn't scare the shit out of me or make me cry then I probably won't watch it again. I drink whiskey sours when I go out because I feel way cooler ordering those instead of vodka cranberries. I also work in cosmetics and pride myself on my eyebrows, so don't ever say anything bad about them.
