I am a wife to one man for fifty-one years; mom to three grown children; a grandma to eight, and called to shout a warning from the wall protecting our nation when I see danger.

I am a patriot who loves this nation and what it stands for under the Constitution. I have always thought being a citizen required one to be informed, involved and ready to defend those things that have given our nation stability and and to rebuild the breaches that have made the protective wall around our nation weak and unstable. I have worked for a conservative Christian women's public policy organization for almost twenty years and have watched with dismay the erosion of our society.

I have also taught Bible studies for over twenty years, so I often will link Scripture with solutions for today's troubling issues.

I love to write about what I am seeing, thinking and doing, so I plan to use this blog to warn, encourage, and empower others.

I love to observe nature and people, using what I see to make applications for our daily lives. I hope you will enjoy reading this blog as much as I will enjoy writing it.
