Audrey Lazzeri

"But when the palm trees bow their heads, no matter how cruel I've been, L.A. you always let me back in."

Living life in the city is a passion of mine. The urban experience contains far more than skyscrapers, coffee shops, and hip, trendy restaurants. All inhabitants have a story to be told. As I'm surrounded by Angelenos on public transit, I am reminded to take time to sit and simply be. The whirring noises of the metro drown out the worries and frsutrations of the world outside the automatic doors. The patterns of people tessellate as each individual interweaves their own path with those of diverse cultures. I want to see change in this community. I want to see a revolution. My aim is to join forces with those concerned with social justice to improve the general living of Angelenos and city life in general. Although I have only recently begun residing in the City of Angels, I am passionate about the verve of the city and what it has to offer.
