Lorraine Bastian Jones
Lorraine is the Director of the Professional Development & Career Institute at The College of The Bahamas where she leads the institution’s work in building and maintaining international relations for the advancement of adult and continuing education.
Mrs. Bastian Jones is noted in the region for her significant contributions to the development of professional certification standards and career consulting. She is a proponent of servant leadership; and one of the ways Lorraine demonstrates her commitment to servant leadership is by serving as an adjunct Lecturer with The College’s Centre for Continuing Education & Extension Services.
Mrs. Bastian Jones holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Art (with honours) from the American Intercontinental University, Atlanta GA, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (with honours) from Columbia Southern University, Alabama. Lorraine is a training and development specialist and holds certification in professional management and project management.
A Career Coach and Relationship Consultant, Lorraine also carries the mammoth task of owner and CEO of the World Renowned Amos Ferguson Art Gallery.
