I am currently a student at Arcadia High School. My hobbies are listening to music, particularly pop; reading fictional stories; and playing basketball. I spend most of my time to church activities like being a choir member and volunteering in various projects such as Aid to Humanity and other civic-oriented activities.

Listening to music puts me in an optimistic mood and has a positive effect on my performance at school. On the other hand, reading makes me expand my horizons. Each book I read allows me to learn and enjoy something new and different, while playing basketball helps me relieve stress and become physically fit.

Volunteering, to me, is like sharing my blessings to the less fortunate and homeless people. In our church, we have various projects such as Aid for Humanity, Neighborhood and Teacher Appreciation, and Police and Firefighter Appreciation, which I mostly volunteered in. During the Teacher's Appreciation event, we handed out school supplies and served refreshments. While for the Aid for Humanity project that was held recently at MacArthur Park, we gathered canned goods and clothing from the church members and handed them out.
