Luis Baz Baz

Luis is currently a partner in the Firm. With over 20 years of professional experience, he is an expert litigator in the area of trademarks, copyright and publicity rights. He has also carried out significant work in specialised fields such as domain names and the infringement of IP rights on the Internet. Luis has been an IP Agent since 1992 and a European Trademark Agent since 1995. He was a member of the Legal Advisory team of a leading Spanish pay television channel, where he acquired a wealth of experience in contracting and producing audiovisual works.

He is likewise a member of the Spanish Group of the AIPPI and ALADDA, as well as a guest professor at the Instituto de Empresa (Business Institute) in advanced IP programmes.
