Lauren Blumenschein

My friends call me Blu. I am an ELA teacher at AVMS, where I also coach Debate and Basketball. I am TEFL certified and love to travel. I am half Kiwi (from New Zealand) so naturally I am a huge sports fan. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Truman State University with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and am currently enrolled in a Master's program through UMSL. I am a wife and cat-mom, my favorite television program is Parks and Recreation, and my favorite novel is Frankenstein.
