Lauro Bolado

I'm a Computer Systems Engineer with two master degrees in Information Technology Management and Strategic Direction of IT Organizations.

I have been working with Web Applications for the last 10 years covering all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle using different technologies such as Oracle Java, Microsoft ASP.NET, PHP, HTML 5, CSS, and Javascript. Most recently I've also started working on the implementation of Mobile Applications targeted at iOS devices such as Apple iPhones & iPads.

As for packaged software customizations, I've worked with Open Source CMS such as Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal, e-Commerce Platforms such as Magento and osCommerce, and Client Management Tools such as SugarCRM.

I currently work at Inflection Point Systems as Director of Software managing a team of fourteen people assigned to one of the biggest investment companies in the United States. In my free time, I love to post on topics such as Content Strategy, User Experience, Mobile and Web Design, and Product Management.
