Leonard is a multifaceted educator currently residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Communication (specializing in Community Broadcasting) from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and is a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA UK).
Leonard serves as a Grade 8 Homeroom Teacher and Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at GEMS International School - Dubai Hills. Deeply committed to holistic student growth, he designs and implements specialized interventions focused on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and behavioral development. Beyond classroom instruction and academic support, Leonard drives community-wide wellness initiatives as a member of the school’s Wellbeing Committee. A dedicated sports enthusiast, Leo follows football and rugby, and actively stays moving through volleyball, bowling, badminton, softball, and track and field.
