My formative years were spent in in the gaming and software industries where I trained as a support engineer before progressing into a customer and technical support manager for a global brand.

Later as director of my own company I honed my business and leadership skillset. I then decided to seek new challenges and use my extensive skills background to "give something back".

I went on to become an Adult Tutor and Mentor/Coach to adult learners with a view to increasing their opportunities in the jobs market place. My delivery of IT , Interpersonal skills and customer relations modules including the delivery of training and coaching to a muticultural audience, ie., asylum seekers and foriegn nationals is just some examples of the many different people and backgrounds I've coached.

I then went on to work with BSkyB Ireland as a Managerial and Operational Coach and was a key individual in the set up of the Sky Contact Centre in Dublin. I'm continuing to work with Sky to deliver coaching and leadership training to sales/service managers and team leads in a highly demanding and dynamic operation..

I've now decided to further my "giving back" and set up LBR coaching for individual and business coaching across many areas.
