Lee Challoner-Miles

Lee has been with VHA for four years and his focus has been on the customer care side of technology within three domains – Self Care, IT Systems and Telephony. In his role, Lee is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of customer care whilst ensuring VHA’s systems cerate the best customer experience when customers come into contact with VHA’s contact centres. Lee has been with the Vodafone Group for 13 years in that time has worked in the UK around Vodafone’s European OpCo’s delivering CRM replacements, implementing of self-care functionality, data centre virtualisation and centralisation. Prior to joining Vodafone, Lee was with British Telecoms for a few years. His professional experiences include working as a telephony engineer, contact centre agent and IT administrator, which have given him invaluable experience of being at the front line. Lee currently resides in Sydney, Australia with his wife and 18 month year old son.
