I was always fond of books and how writiers can take a few words, shove them in a sentence, and then have this amazing story as a result. I knew from the moment I started reading, I wanted to be like them. It wasnt until I couldn't find the story I wanted to read. I know that sounds silly, but when I was twelve I really enjoyed the Pirates of The Caribean movies and no matter how many books I read, I couldnt find that one book I wanted to read that was like it. So, as a result I bought a few notebook (well my parent bought me a few notebooks) and I wrote my first trilogy. It was corny anc cheesy, but from that point on I wrote everything.

Now as a 23 year old, I can say I self published my first novel and have completed a total of four. It may not be much, but I am proud of them. I have received 208 rejections before I self published my first teen fiction novel and have recieved over 185 rejections for my first romance novel.

Rejecitons are scary and is why most writers are too afraid to put their work out their. Rejeciton doesn't have to be scary. It should be used as a motivator.

I am a student studying Professional Writing and Editing and minoring in Public Relations and Advertising. I had interned for a small publishing house called, Hound Comics and am now a Barsita at Starbucks. I guess I am living the true writers life.
