Lauren C Anderson
An internationally recognized consultant and a former FBI Executive, Ms. Anderson is passionate about, and committed to, investing in women leaders and youth around the world to reduce conflict and to help address economic disparities. She has exercised her expertise in high-risk domestic and international situations; global conflict and terrorist incidents; diplomacy; and business throughout the world. She was the first woman to lead FBI offices in France and Africa, covering 22 countries in Africa, then led the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force in New York City. She is a Global Ambassador with Vital Voices Global Partnership, serves on the United States Comptroller General’s Advisory Board, is a Lecturer at the University Of Maryland RH Smith School Of Business, and a participant in the 2015 G(irls) 20 Summit in Istanbul. Ms. Anderson, a sought-after public speaker, has guest lectured at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, provided expert commentary and insight for Al Jazeera America, Fox News, Politico, and The Washington Post, and is a Huffington Post blogger.
