Hi, everyone! My name is Lindsey Carothers and I am so excited that you are spending some of your precious time visiting my site! Describing who I am in a short blog is difficult, because anyone who knows me, knows that brevity isn't my forte! I would hope that people would describe me as a positive woman, who loves her God, family and friends. Beyond my professional career, I would say I am a happy homemaker, a craft queen and a health nut!

My hope in creating this blog is to share my knowledge and passion for health with the people in my life. My careers as a Beachbody coach and a critical care nurse have allowed me to help people create a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their family.
