Welcome to my personal page! I am a big advocate for human connections, which probably led me to pursuing a career path in HR. As a performance-driven HR professional with 10 years of experience in the IT sector, I truly believe that HR is about building relationships and acting as a "connector".

I have extensive experience in recruitment, both as agency recruiter and in-house recruiter for specialist positions and middle&top management. I thrive in opportunities where people can make a difference and I have successfully delivered recruitment projects for the Romanian IT market, as well as international executive search projects. Apart from connecting people and ideas through talent acquisition, I can enable business results, strengthen cultures, engage employees and nurture positive change through HR consultancy, career coaching, soft skills training and employer branding strategies.
