Hi, my name is Cat. I’m a student living in Athens, Georgia. I call Oakland, California home. I enjoy watching the Oakland Raiders, trying new restaurants, and discovering the latest trends in fashion.

I am a Fashion Merchandising major and plan to graduate in May 2017. After graduation, I plan to move to New York City and start my career as an Assistant Buyer. I have enjoyed my experiences in the fashion industry so far, interning for a wedding designer in NYC as well as interning for Cosmopolitan Magazine UK. I would love to move to London and work there a few years into my career.

I love to travel and hope my next big trip will be to Peru. I have done study abroad in Spain, China, and Italy. I enjoyed my fashion program in China where we saw a variety of factories and met with a few logistics companies. Chinese fashion is fascinating to me and I enjoyed every second of it. My time in Italy was quite enjoyable learning about art history and relating it back to fashion. I ate quite well during my time staying in Tuscany.

I look forward to my last semester as a college student. I hope to gain the last bit of knowledge needed before I join the work force.
