Setting: Metro Detroit

Plot: I work as a patient sitter at St. John Oakland Hospital and as a certified nurse's aide at Arden Courts (assisted living for those with Alzheimer's dementia). Though the experience is both is challenging and rewarding, my main ambition is to complete the five-year Physician Assistant Program at the University of Detroit Mercy.

I am maintaining good standing in the program and expect to graduate (BS, MS; PA-C) in 2015.

Aside from school and work, I love to run and tamper with cooking (and, by extension, fire extinguishers). I recently had my first taste of international travel (beyond the Michigan-Canadian border), and I hope that I can one day list "traveling" as one of my hobbies.
