I have extensive experience as an organizer, trainer, curriculum developer, digital strategist, writer, editor and public speaker. I was most recently the Communications Director at People's Action Institute. Previously I have worked a for Alliance for a Just Society, the Applied Research Center (now Race Forward), and peoplesworld.org.

In 1997 I received the prestigious Bannerman Fellowship for Young Activists of Color.
