I aspire to be in the moment everyday, as life is always unexpected there is no need to regret the past nor worry about the future. My family and friends are my greatest gift. I am also lucky to find purpose in my work.

I help people in transition through coaching. I am creative, strategic and an optimist. My clients are unique individuals who come to partner with me on their journey to fulfillment.

Traveling the world with my husband and absorbing the cultures while capturing images is my true passion. We also enjoy skiing, my husband's passion. We practice Iyengar yoga. Of course there is Henry, my faithful companion who keeps me company every day when I work remotely from home.
