I recently graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Education this year. My journey to becoming a teacher so far has been an amazing and life changing experience. I welcome each new experience as one that will increase my ability to be an effective teacher. The most important thing I have realized is how much I can learn from my students--how to appreciate what we have, how to find courage in our time of need and how to find the beauty within each day.

My dream is to travel to Paris. I would love to embrace myself in the french culture and language. I love to do things in the moment. I think this is when we learn the most. I love to learn new things, to challenge myself, and to meet new people. I am creative, optimistic, and passionate. I believe within the education system, we as teachers have the ability to challenge our students to achieve their highest potential and inspire them to show it is within their reach.
