I am human. Young, life loving and straight forward. As much as I get to know myself from different experineces I would like you to get in touch with yourself - may it be through yoga.
I came in contact with yoga right after I left Hanover, germany, 2010 and started to travel back and forth to the lovely Alentejo, portugal. From that first moment on the mat I comitted myself unconsciously to share all experiences and knowledge about my way of Hatha Yoga.
I teach postures, breathing exercises and concentration or focus.
I came to the conclusion that for me it is no choice not to integrate the use of conscious bodymovements and the reflection about life into my daily ásana routine. I motivate students or support people at any age or under any circumstances to do the same.
The use of my experiences is as well found in the practical approach in activation and mobilisation of people during working as a helping nurse in health care.
I work as a helping nurse in a retirement home and I teach.
Teaching Hatha Yoga is something completely different from having an own practise. It is the ability to use every single skill I have voluntarily to create an atmosphere that suits and benefits the student. Wheather you want to start with a single private or join a group Hatha-Yoga seminar is up to you. Mainly I teach Ásanas(postures) and Pranáyáma(breathing exercises) at special seminars to garantee an intense time experiencing Hatha Yoga
It is a pleasure to get to know yourself.
