In December 2005, Leading Edge Recovery Solutions moved its Chicago headquarters to a new location, a state of the art facility featuring upgraded equipment and amenities. With an emphasis on security, privacy, and disaster recovery, the 40,000-square foot call center integrates features that include video monitoring of secured entry points, a secured reception area and interview room, and magnetic swipe entrances. Today, Leading Edge Recovery Solutions also operates three additional locations nationwide, including a 9,000 square foot center in Denver, Colorado; a 10,000-square foot center in Scottsdale, Arizona; and a 15,000 square foot center in Buffalo, New York, which opened in January 2010.
